In everyday business, the smallest improvement helps to gain an edge on our competition. Gathering a bundle of small improvements provides a world of difference for our company and our own morale. But recognition of opportunities is not usually on our daily to-do list. Even less so, it is not a target for action. In this webinar, we will emphasize methods and processes aimed towards continuous improvement of the design process for stamping and BiW.
